YardOps, operated by Leadership by Design, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team through YardOps and we will help you with the request.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Outside the 30-day window, future renewals are not automatically refunded, but you can still contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
