YardOps, operated by Leadership by Design, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us with the email address on your account:

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. See our Cancellation Policy for the full details. After cancellation you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Outside the 30-day window, future renewals are not automatically refunded, but you can still contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
